WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1. We deal with hand painted products which will have imperfections due to human involvement. We accept refund and return  requests only on account of damage that have affected the product artwork. If the same has been shared with us through an unboxing  video within 48 hours of the product receipt, we shall refund the amount.

2. Replacement will be offered only if it is available in inventory. Else a refund will be processed when we receive the damaged product back.

HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS?

Most new products are listed in the website. We constantly share the new collection on Instagram. So check us out on Instagram by the name Vintagevistha. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can use Netbanking, card, UPI and Cash on Delivery. All options are available on the website using a secured Payment Gateway.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping within India is included in the product price. For international shipping charges, you can mail us at info@vintagevistha.com
